Kyle wasn't going to dare say he hated the movie, Twilight. He didn't love it, either. Something between The Lost Boys and Gossip Girl, he supposed. He continued to stay mute. Eric did the same. They could take it or leave it, but the girls at least had something to talk about afterwards.

Kyle was so afraid Ellie would be a snot to Amanda. Finally she came around. Actually, she was being all huggy and kissy with Eric as if to say all was well. And Eric didn't seem to mind all her affection and silly stuff because they saw people they knew and well, Kyle decided he'd just take his cue from them. He got cuddly with Amanda. It was cold. Thankfully, they didn't have to wait in line long. And he got them snacks, and it could have really been a makeout moment, but once the movie started, Kyle got the hint, Edward was really Amanda's main man.

Although, Amanda and Ellie went on quite a while about who should have played Edward. Not that guy.

"Somebody really British," Ellie said on the drive home.

"But he is British, actually." Eric informed her about the actor who played Edward in Twilight.

"No, you know, use a British actor like- wouldn't Mitch Hewer have been perfect." She smiled. Kyle had no idea who she was talking about.

"I think that French guy from that Hannibal Lector movie would have been a lot better. That's who I had in mind for Edward." Now Amanda had to put in her two cents worth about it. Then it was quiet, but Kyle spilled most of the popcorn in the back seat when she excitedly told them, "OH MY GOD, I down loaded one of his movies that was all in French something about being a peasant. I didn't even have subtitles. He was so amazing. Why can't that Gaspard guy make more American movies?" She ate what was left of the popcorn in the bag.

Kyle wasn't so sure if he stood a chance with Amanda if her standards were that high for the love of her life. He guessed he'd have to learn French.
