changes

Eric was happy yet terrified when he met Olivia's mother. As it was, he'd never been a favorite when he came to mothers, and he didn't know why. But he made a conscious effort to be himself. And it pleased him that he'd been invited to dinner.

A part of him felt he was on a roll here. Maybe. It would be good. Getting to know her parents.

"Anything else I should know?" He was thinking of vicious animals. Perhaps brothers who were well, protective of their sister.

"No. Just me." She managed. "I just haven't found a dress yet."

That's when he suggested thrifting.

"OK." Olivia agreed. It felt like a date before you knew it. It was just Eric wasn't sure he was ready to do things with her that he used to do with Ellie.

This would never be like it was with Ellie. He didn't want that. But somehow, it felt like things were falling into place just as it had with Ellie. Was he stuck in a rut? Was this the only way he knew how to do things?

Here, he thought he'd changed, and now he wasn't so sure.

  1. Hi there-no its not going to be like how it was with Ellie-they may find a really unique dress for Olivia this way!

  3. Yeah I hope nothing bad happens between ellie and olivia. And i like the characters. I feel there is more untapped potential to them and that is the andrew story.
