traditionally so

"Oh, come on!" Eric hadn't meant to be so adamant with Oliver, but after all, Eric was the best man at his wedding. "You aren't suppose to wake up next to the bride on her wedding day. Don't you want their to be some sort of intrigue?"

Eric grabbed enough clothes for Oliver. It was everything he'd need for tomorrow. After all, Eric did have the groom's tux, hanging in the guestroom at his house.

"But I don't need intrigue." Oliver fretted. "I just want it over with. I don't need a bachelor party." He mentioned the bridal shower. They'd drank plenty then, even with his soon to be father-in-law.

"Its not a party. I want to make sure you get to the wedding on time. When is the last time, the three of us have done anything, ever..together." Eric was including Ian in this even if he'd begged for Derrick to come to, but Eric informed him..this was just family. Brothers. "Its tradition."

Oliver had to think on that one, almost cross-eyed.

"No, I don't believe it is." Oliver frowned. "What about Kayla? I just..I just can't leave her."

"Her mum will take care of her, you know." Eric assumed.

"It doesn't sound right." Oliver shook his head, no, as if something was bound to go wrong.

"Can't you just be positive, at least once." Eric wanted to shake that brother of his. He was older, yet shorter. Some how Eric felt he was the old timer. Always would be, or so it seemed. "You're coming home with me, and you're going to enjoy it. Its your last night before you get hitched." Eric wasn't taking no for an answer, yet he knew Oliver would worry no matter what. He guessed he'd have to wait it out with him.
