who would have thunk it

Willow was glad things were better with her brother and even her Mom. The trip was worth it. And then to find out about Jules' sister, an added bonus. So everything was now at a positive essence, so to speak. And it was a big sigh of relief to get back to find the coffee shop in one piece.

"Thank God, for Ian!" She was all smiles when she saw him. She couldn't help but give him a hug. There was the Topher matter to think about, but she didn't want to bring him up. Soon enough Josie was there, and she looked radiant with hardly a baby bump.

Ian gushed about Josie for a few minutes. What a great help she'd been. "I couldn't have done it without her."

"Yeap, we make a pretty good team." Josie beamed.

Willow watched them together. Maybe something else was going on here than just two co-workers who couldn't say enough good things about the other. She gave them a pat on the back. She'd never thought about them being a couple, but were they?

She watched them chat, yet didn't really listen. Willow scooted over to Jules who was in back checking on iced tea he was brewing.

"So, have you noticed anything different?" She grinned.

"Like what?" He shrugged.

"Oh, I think we are matchmakers." She saw how Josie was smiling at Ian, and he looked really happy to see her.

"You think?" He looked, then grinned. "So, you talked to Topher?"

"I dunno if I should even try." She hugged herself then. Things were better without Topher.

  1. Maybe talking it out would give her some closure? :/

  2. Topher is hard to figure out. It would be hard to be friends with him.
