Ellie's arch nemesis. They never see eye to eye on anything.

She was Kyle's girlfriend for awhile, but now that's over.

She has movied away to live with her mother. Kyle hasn't heard from her since her move.

But she's back. Only, he doesn't know it.

Roxie is all grown up now. Its hard to say if she'll be Ellie's friend or foe as she was when they were growing up.
