Leia: What happened? Weren't you having fun?

Ellie: Not as much as you.

Leia: You aren't mad at me, are you?"

Ellie: No.

Leia: Then why are you in hiding all this week?

Ellie wasn't sure why she was staying in her room so much. The computer seemed to be the only way Leia could reach her. It felt like the right thing to do. Maybe everyone would think she was crazy, otherwise.

She didn't eat lunch in the cafeteria. She ignored Cory as much as possible. It was best to get through this wave of confusion alone. And it didn't help that Kyle was playing it so cool as if nothing had ever happened.

Had he just had this relapse of the past with Kelsy? Had he even thought of Ellie at all? This made her want to be sick so she didn't even want to eat now. Maybe whatever Kyle had was contagious.
