"You're feeling so sure of yourself," Cory kissed Roger one last time. They couldn't be doing this with Ryan around. He'd be here any moment.

"What?" It made Roger laugh. "We are going to have a great time with Ryan here. We will. That's all." Roger Frenched him back as if he'd still find a way to be with Cory even with Ryan around.

"If you say so." He could see Cory didn't believe him as his hand rested on his neck. They were in Roger's bed. They dressed quickly then and made the bed as if all was a straight place in their queer world.

"You think he'll noticed?" Cory asked as he buckled his belt.

"Doubt it," Roger just shrugged. "He'll just be excited about Ellie. He will."

"But she doesn't even know." Cory winced.

"She doesn't have too." Roger squinted back. They went downstairs when the door bell rang.

Roger opened the door and there was Ryan, old snake eyes, leering at them both.

"Just what are you fags up too?" He said so seriously.

Cory just looked at Roger who was about to choke. There was a great moment of silence.

Then Ryan laughed and he put his arms around them as if they'd been the best of pals all this time.
