"I wonder what that was about?" Ellie winced when she got off the phone with Lon. She said, "I love you too."..but no one was there to hear her.
"Fin-al-ly." Kyle glared at her from across the table at IHOP. "You stay on that freak'n phone too much."
"I want to meet him," Kelsy smirked about Ellie's new boyfriend .
"Maybe you will," Nick said. "I'm moving in, you know."
"No way," Kyle looked at him crossly.
"Yeah, I put in my notice at the library." He winced. "Its gonna really suck not having that job."
"Aw, poor baby." Kelsy put her arm around him.
"Got that right." He played with the crust of his pie.
"Roger didn't say anything to me about that?" Ellie looked at him surprised.
"Well, I wasn't sure. He said he'd keep a room for me. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go to a University so close by. You know, they were hoping I'd move in with Rex and go to UT." He sighed. "But I'm not my brother."
"So when are you moving in?" Ellie smiled.
"Soon enough," Nick shrugged.
"I'm gonna miss you so much, baby." Kelsy then smooched him on the cheek then which disgusted Kyle who excused himself to the bathroom.
"I think Kyle's upset," Ellie said. "You know, about this whole thing with her and Elliot."
"Amanda is not dating Elliot," Kelsy said to Ellie. "They are just friends. That's it." Kelsy promised, but she kept staring at Ellie. "You don't know, do you?"
"Don't know what?" Ellie winced.
"Shh, don't say anything," Kelsy whispered while Kyle was away. "But Amanda hooked up with Eric in Rome."
Ellie froze. She could barely blink.
"What are you talking about?" Ellie squinted hard. "Eric is with Olivia."
"Not anymore, they broke up." Kelsy said matter of fact. Ellie couldn't believe it. She was getting a bit queasy then. How come Kelsy knew everything?
