Olivia went her way with Ravi. She didn't look back at Roger. Whatever happened between those two, she didn't want to know.
True, she felt a little bitter inside, but she didn't want to let it spoil the evening. She felt Ravi's arms at her side. He sheltered her. That was all that she needed as they swayed together once the music began to play and the lights flickered. She felt his chin on the top of her head. She smiled so calm then. This was what she wanted. Someone she could trust. Not someone who found the guys at the concert as hot as he might find the girls.
She hated the thought how she hadn't let that bother her so much in the past with Roger. Well, it was there in the back of her mind. It was tough, being his girlfriend, wondering if he might take a likening to someone who wasn't even female.
Somehow, she'd gotten used to it. And now she wondered how she could be that way. Now that she was with Ravi. She did trust him. And he wasn't acting like this was the worst time in his life, like the last time she saw NeverSayNever! with Roger who kept making fun of Christopher Drew. She had to wonder if he'd been crushing on him too.
God, Roger could be so aggravating. She knew she had to let it go. She would. She had. A smile came to her face as she got into the music. Really, it was great to have Ravi next to her. It was the best.
