catching rays

Crosby did love the water park. Actually, he'd always been a water baby. Or so his grandmother told him. He'd learned to swim before he was a year old. Still, he didn't quite believe her. There were times, he thought she was really losing it. After all, she was so old now. It was good to be with people his own age. And he was happy to not be the third wheel.

He truly found Lola fascinating. This blond girl wanted him, and he wanted her just as much. Actually, he didn't know he even had a type. Evidently, he did. She was so shy, yet she was the opposite of him.

"So what should we do first?" He was up for anything, but first the sunscreen. "Can't let you, burn."

Of course, she gave him that nervous smile, but he helped her off with that long baggy Tee shirt that looked more like a dress. Finally, he saw the hot pink swim suit. He was hoping for a two piece, but still it was sexy and he loved her curves. Hopefully, she realized that.

He grabbed the sun block from the bag that Daisy packed. She already had the towels laid out. They had a spot planted early on where the sunbathers worshiped near the juice bar. Crosby patted down a place for her. He was in no hurry.

"I've never been here before." Lola shrugged, reluctantly she sat beside him, stretched her legs out, just to roll them back up as if not to expose them.

Crosby kept smiling as she slathered the lotion on Lola's warm shoulders.

"Relax." He whispered. "You look great and I want you to have fun." He told her about the water slide. It was like going down a watery rollercoaster. But she looked a little frightened at the sight of it. They'd have to climb a tower to get to the top of it. Usually, it was the first thing he went to. But it was different now. He wasn't alone. He didn't have to do everything alone.

"Do you like to swim?" He wanted to know.

"I can float." She sort of gave him a laugh.

"I guess we'll find out, soon enough." He took her hand. Daisy and Max were coming back from the wave area. They could start out in the shallow area. All he really wanted was to be close to Lola. Somehow, the warm water made it all the more sexy. And the fact it was that time of year to get wet and enjoy the sun.
