time on my hands

time on his hands

OH. Did Joey say that out loud?

He could tell he was on the black list when it came to Xander. Joey just couldn't do anything right.

First it was the beach bomb hair. Granted, Joey knew he couldn't pull it off. He didn't want his daughter to think he was that weird.

And..Corina...well, that was a slippery slope.

Still..as time would have it...he'd become friends with Jamie..just to find out Jamie's girl was Corina's roommate.

"Should we do something together?" Jamie was happy about that. Joey didn't know what he had in mind, but decided to nix it, since he didn't plan to buy Corina a Christmas present. Perhaps, it was best to let her think he was cheap. Something.

Xander was right..he did need to put an end to this.

And he would..but first things first..he need to find Corina, someone. Seriously, it wasn't all that hard to do.

Especially, when Howie showed up at the library asking for Corina.

Well, of course, Joey chatted her up to the college student who had met Corina in the campus breakfast line at the cafeteria.

Joey thought he'd be perfect for Corina.

Howie was soft around the edges and his eyes lit up, every-time he spoke of her.

"I think he's gay." Jamie sighed as if this would be a never happening romance. "I saw him in a dress." Thankfully, Effy was there to correct him. It was a utility kilt.

"See..it'll be fun. Just talk with him. You guys... plan something with Corina and Howie." Joey found himself smiling. Maybe this was going to be a good Christmas, after all..especially for Corina.
