the right stuff

the right stuff

Natalie got on her laptop right away, and found a helpful video on putting the shelving unit together. Naturally, she told Joon what to do.

"If we get this done, sure let's go to your parents." She shrugged.

"They're not my parents." Joon sighed. Also, he looked peeved at the idea of taking the screws out and putting this shelving unit back together, again.

"They are like parents, to you." Natalie sighed. "You're so lucky."

"Am I?" He begged to differ.

Natalie let out a little sigh and went to work with the electric screw driver. She had everything undone in a matter of minutes.

"You, hold it together and I'll use this." She smiled brightly holding the tool up. She'd found it on sale, while she was out grocery shopping.

She could see Joon was in a pout, but she went to work and the shelving unit came together so smoothly. She was pleased with their work.

They stared at shelves for a moment.

"What should we put on this?" She rubbed his tired shoulders. He looked frazzled. He only shrugged.

"You, aren't homesick, are you?" Natalie couldn't think it possible. After all, they were getting used to sleeping together. They hugged each other in bed more. And the kissing was getting so cozy. Natalie knew it was only a matter of time before it happened.

After all, Holly was on her case about giving it up.

Naturally when Holly said this over the phone a few days ago, Natalie asked her what she was talking about.

"Virginity."

Holly made her feel it was Natalie's goal, to have it done by the time Holly and Dustin got back to the states in April.

"You've got a whole month to do it." Holly reminded her.

When Natalie thought of this now, she hugged Joon from behind and laid her head on his warm back.

"I love you so much." She told him, caressing him happily.

"We, better go." Joon told her, prying her fingers from him. She heard his stomach growl.

"We should eat something." Her eyes went wide. He was starving.

"Oh, no." He told her Ivy wanted them to eat at her house.

"Oh." Natalie wasn't so sure she liked the foreign foods Joon did. She hoped their were real egg roles like she was used to eating at the China Buffet, not those rolled up omelettes.
