Gabby didn't mean to be a in fret, but this was the last thing she needed. Macy coming down with the flu.

She got Stephen down for a nap and Macy into bed. Gabby took her temp, but Macy didn't have a temperature.

Gabby stared at the thermometer and sighed. This could only mean one thing.

"Are you sure you're not pregnant?" She couldn't help but ask.

Naturally, Macy mad a face of disgust, but Gabby didn't buy it. She only sighed, wondering how it would really feel to be off birth control.

She wanted to talk about it, but it was never the right time. Sure, she was cool with it. Had been for years, but she felt she was losing her youth. Did she even know what a period felt like?

Of course, when she told Ste about this, he told her it wasn't natural. She'd never took him for a Neanderthal, but she was beginning to think he might be a cave man. It took some time, for him to get over the fact that he didn't have to use any birth control with her, but that soon faded, and he was definitely OK with it now.

Sometimes, she felt she'd bedded with a lazy beast, but then again, maybe this was all her fault. There were times, he did like to blame her.

She blew a breath, thinking he'd be calling her. As soon as Macy dropped off to sleep, Macy's smart phone jingled a Justin Timberlake tune.

"Macy isn't feeling too good." She told him she'd have to stay until Draco got home. It was starting to snow. Maybe she would spend the night.

"Oh." He didn't sound too well, either.

"What's up?" She asked.

"You're friend's here," Ste said.

"Friend?" Suddenly, she thought of Carter. She thought of Ste taking him out with one blow. She had no idea Ste was such a fighter.

"That Ollie boy."

Gabby scrunched a face, thinking she didn't like Ste saying Ollie was just a boy.

"Ollie?" She felt as if Ste was checking up on her now. "How..how do you know, Ollie?"

"His girlfriend works here."

"Ollie has a girlfriend?" This was news to Gabby.

"Yeah." Ste kind of laughed. "She's the purest thing, you'd ever want to meet."

Gabby did not like Ste's description. Who was he talking about?
