This I know fo sho!

Brian guessed he should have been more serious around his old friend Cody that he knew from the Rez. Of course, most people didn't believe he was from the Rez and he knew Cody didn't like talking about the Rez, either.

So when he told him about Ivy and the baby, he was pretty silly about it, like it might be a joke.

"Hey, man, I think it's about time you grow up," Cody shrugged and gave him a pat on the back along with a cup of hot coffee in the commons of the University. "I'm just glad it's not me." He grinned.

Brian could only smirk. Actually, he didn't know how he felt about becoming a dad. Yeah, he did have that gut reaction to want to throw up at the thought. Still, it left him light headed as if it might all be a dream.

After all, the girl he'd wanted so badly over the summer was now with him. Of course, he lived at her house with her and shared the bed she'd lived most of her childhood in. It did leave him a little empty wondering if they'd ever get out of her parent's house. He knew it wouldn't be this fall. Probably not by spring, either.

But he did have a fulltime job at the University, cleaning up after everyone in the commons.
