I still get a little scared of something new

 "I don't know if I've ever done something like this before," Mercer squints with a sigh and shakes his head. Of course, its just him, Cowan and that guy a couple of doors down.

Cowan practically rolls his eyes at him. Izzy is off in the kitchen fetching drinks and snacks. Mercer is sure she needs his help. 

"It's an RP isn't it?" Sterling says with a frown as if he's given up before they even started.

"It's not an RP," Cowan yelps with a frown. "You know you didn't get anywhere in that Writer's group. They were not impressed with your dialogue. Maybe..maybe you need to be thinking about scriptwriting, that kind of thing."

Stirling is closed-lipped, but Mercer is interested. 

"Maybe we could have a YouTube channel," Mercer is inspiring.

"Yeah, maybe," Cowan nods, "But this improv we've got to get good at that first."

Izzy arrives with chips, celery, and carrots with ranch dips. She has generic sodas for everyone.

"Nice," Sterling thanks her and bites into a carrot. They watch him dive into the dip as if it might be dinner.

"Don't you eat at the cafeteria?" Cowan looks at him even-lipped as if Stirling is too skinny for his own good.

He shakes his head no.

"Merc, can go make him a sandwich?" Cowan looks to Mercer and he's on it like he might ready for an emergency. A few minutes later, Mercher brings back a bologna sandwich with mayo and lettuce. Sterling eats it in no time.

"God, that was good," Sterling tells him. He grabs his drink then.

"I  guess we need to eat before we get started," Cowan tells him which means Mercer needs to make more sandwiches.

Then a knock comes to the front door and Izzy gets it.

"Melissa, what are you doing here?" Izzy looks puzzled. 

"Sterling said he'd be here," She is full of her confident self. Izzy doesn't bother to ask any more questions. She let Melissa in. 

"How come you didn't tell me its party?" She hugs herself as if she is terribly mad at Sterling.

Izzy looks to Cowan. Maybe those two will be his muses.
