Bom did have a lot on her mind with Valentine's day coming up. Actually, it was her first real Valentines day with anyone. And she wanted to make the most of it with a real date with Cody. She thought of a new outfit to wear. Although, she didn't have the money to be extravagant. It was a lot to ponder, but she was glad to be at the coffee shop with Cass.
Natalie was home with morning sickness and Joon was seeing to her. Bom smiled, this was her chance to show everyone she was the best at taking orders and seeing to customers. And Cass was catching on quick with the coffee recipes.
After, the morning rush, Bom finally had a chance for a cup of coffee with Cass behind the counter.
"Any big plans for Valentines Day?" She asked, thinking she really wanted to go out dancing with Cody, but she knew that wouldn't happen.
"Um, I dunno." Cass then said he'd met someone. "She's kind of funny, and..and interesting." He nodded.
"How interesting?" Bom looked up from her cup of coffee as she pulled a strain of hair behind her ear.
"Well," Cass slightly sighed and squinted. "I get this feeling we've met. Like, right here, but..but Azealia says she doesn't drink coffee.
"What kind of name is that?" Bom looked at him wondering just where he met her and what else was going on?
"She's kind of quirky." He said her clothes were homemade. "We spent the day together at the museum." But he didn't get her number. "She said she'd see me around." Although, he didn't look hopeful about it. Cass pressed his lips tight then said, "Why didn't I say something? I'll never meet anyone quite like her, again."
"I know, what you mean," Bom told him he should go to the art department again or to go to the store they went too, together. Bom couldn't say she believed in luck, but here she was with Cody. And it felt like magic when she met him. She hoped the same thing happened to Cass, too.
