Winter was definitely over. Bom wasn't so sure those winter cuddles would carry over with all the humidity about. As it was she and Cody were taking every hour they could get at work which let no time to play.
"I want to do something this summer." She told Cass while they were cleaning up to close at the campus coffee shop. She'd heard him talk with Kylie earlier about their plans for a music festival coming up.
"Well-" he started, but then made it sound that it was just something Kylie wanted to do. "I don't even know any of the bands."
"Who cares if you're spending the weekend together," Bom smiled wishing she could do something like that with Cody.
"And camping?" Cass winced back with a smile. "I have never done that before and I have a feeling she hasn't either."
"Then we should go together." Bom decided.
"Like..you girls would stay in a tent and Cody and I-"
"Of course not." She squinted and shook her head, no. "We want this as romantic as possible. Right?" Still she liked the idea of the four of them going. "It's better in numbers. Just in case, you know, you need a little help."
"Help?" Cass looked at her funny.
Bom smiled. "You know, in case you lose your keys or a money situation."
"Oh." He looked as if he'd have to think on that.
"You know anyone, who might let us borrow a tent?" She asked.
"Um, I could ask Joon, I guess." Cass shrugged.
"Joon." Bom nodded. Although, she wasn't sure if she wanted her so-called step-brother to know what she was up too, these days.
