We ♥ It
Ravi knew Olivia wasn't going to come out and say it, but he knew she was pissed when they came home to Roger and Doyle.
"I don't care." She told him when they were unpacking. "I really don't." Her teeth were clinched and her body said otherwise. She was ready to kick Roger's ass.
"Whats the real problem, then?" Ravi felt a little bitter himself. But he managed to keep his cool.
"What?" She winced as if she wished they'd stay away from the subject of Roger.
"No, you can tell me, what is it that really bothers you about this with Doyle being here. Is it because you don't want Roger to be happy? Think about how he must feel seeing you move in with me." Ravi sighed.
"This isn't about that." She looked him straight in the eye then. "I-I just feel Roger is in to saving people. I think it makes him feel like- I dunno. Superior, and then- well, he just ruined Doyle's home life. And, and I doubt he even really cares."
"Maybe Doyle wanted to get away from home," He reminded her that was what she wanted, some time ago, herself. He almost gave her a wink as he pointed this out.
"What are you talking about? Are you talking about me?" She had her hands on her hips as if she was ready for a full blown, something.
He had to cool it quick. He slid his hands around her arms and pulled her in for a kiss. "Yes." He'd rather be kissing and making up than having the irry thought that he was much more like his Dad than he wanted to be when it came to pot. He wasn't going to dare touch the stuff, anymore.
"Are you really going to make something out off all those boxers?" He asked while hugging Olivia.
"Of course I am." She smiled. She planned to get to the project soon as possible.
