"Do you think they're together?" Lily whispered to Boone. She practically giggled in his ear there on the couch while Boone was doing his best to pay attention to the news, but she was very distracting as her arm was looped around his. He doubted she really cared if Dory and Cedric were really together.
"Doubt it," he shrugged back. "Honestly, I can't see anything happening." He was even lipped as he looked at her wondering what was making her so happy.
"Oh, it could happen," Lily kept smiling. "I think Cedric drank some wine with Amy's mom."
"Oh really?" He didn't see it, that was so last month, he thought as he gazed at her. "Are you sure, you haven't been drinking?"
She tickled him in the ribs then and he couldn't help but laugh, "Stop," he sighed, but she didn't and he tickled her back. It was quite a game on the couch and before he knew it they were in a liplock.
"I don't think they are this crazy, yet," his smile was open. Actually, he did feel a little sad for Cedric. Honestly, Dory didn't have a clue. Of course, Lily was near as she hugged him around the waist. It was a comfort to be with her, but he didn't know if she just wanted Dory to get together with Cedric so they would leave or what.
"Dory is my roommate and if he wants Cedric over then you know, I'm not going to make it an issue," Boone nodded as he put a strand of Lily's hair behind her ear.
"Oh, he wouldn't let us-"
"Stop, he's just being Dory. I'm not Dory," Boone shrugged. "I think Dory might be a bit stunted in his maturity. I dunno. He just grew up different from us. Who knows, maybe he's the grown-up, and we're not."
Naturally, Lily made a face of disgust. It was as if Boone was supposed to be on her side. Nobody else's.
Boone shook with laughter. He kissed her forehead then. "You know I love you. I just want to see Dory let himself find someone to be happy with. I know Cedric thinks so much of him."
"I don't even know what he sees in him," Lily frowned as she played with his fingers.
"Oh, I'm sure Dory wonders what you could possibly see in me," Boone gave her a silly fat lip that of course, she touched with her index finger.
"I doubt that," she shook her head, no. "I don't think it's possible that he'd ever think of us about anything."
"Oh, he's worried about the cat," Boone winced. "He wouldn't want Madonna to see us kissing." Of course, Lily kissed him as if she was hoping the cat was spying on them.
Great storyπ
ReplyDeleteInteresting
ReplyDeleteFlirty little thing :)
ReplyDeleteNice to see them having fun. And Madonna...
Hope you're having some nice time off. I might need to work D&C into a story... or use some GIF's. I still like the scene where the one girl is trying to light a joint and can't really get the lighter right...
Sounds like a great ideaπ©·

Lily's tickling of Boone and her giggling in his ear, seems to be the main topic; Dory and Cedric are secondary here.
ReplyDeleteIf our pets could reveal some secrets they know... Oh, oh, oh. LoL
ReplyDelete(κα΄κ) Poetic and cinematographic greetings.

ReplyDeleteReally very interesting. Whether it was spying on them or not! It can be,
ReplyDeleteAn interesting conversation! I like how open Boone is with Lily, even if it's not always what she wants to hear. And the part about Dory worrying about the cat, well, as always, that's gold. ππ»ππ»ππ»
